If the weather is bad (like rain, snow, or storms), we may need to reschedule your shoot. No cancellation fees will apply! We'll let you know as soon as possible and help you find a new date or issue a full refund. You can also cancel without penalties if you're concerned about the weather.
When you place an order, and the job has been completed, you will receive watermarked preview of the media for review. You'll be able to download the non-watermarked media only after payment has been made. By completing the payment, you acknowledge and agree that the media is provided as-is and meets your satisfaction. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be provided.
